It’s been quiet here for a while. Honestly? I wondered if I should keep this space alive. My passion for mindful photography and slow travel felt overshadowed by a swirling cloud of doubt.

The questions were relentless: “Am I good enough?” “Do I truly understand this?” “Can I explain it?” “Will people connect?” “Is this even realistic?” That inner critic grew loud. It led me to endlessly rethink my project, chase other ideas, and ultimately… stop sharing altogether. I seriously considered walking away.

Then, something shifted. During a recent mindfulness course, a simple, powerful truth washed over me again: This project must be mine first.

I realized I’d gotten lost in the shoulds. Should help others. Should make a living. Should build something impressive. But in focusing outward, I neglected the very core: Doing this because it brings me deep joy and peace.
Mindful photography, slow travel – they aren’t just concepts I want to teachand inspire. They are practices I crave. Slowing down, truly seeing, finding beauty in the ordinary or transforming it through my lens… this is how I choose to see the world positively. It’s how I anchor myself in the present moment. It’s my nourishment.

So, I picked up my camera (or phone camera) again. Not for an audience, not for a business plan, but simply for me. I wandered. I noticed the intricate details of a flower, the delicate wings of an insect, the fleeting grace of a bird, the quiet presence of a small creature. The act of seeing, framing, and capturing felt like coming home. It was pure, uncomplicated enjoyment.

And here I am, sharing again. Filled with the simple, profound happiness that comes from doing something purely because it lights you up inside.

This renewed energy comes from placing my own joy at the center. Because I’ve remembered: If I’m not nourished, I have nothing authentic to offer. True positive impact starts from a place of genuine personal fulfillment.
So, here’s my latest work, born from this place of rediscovered presence and self-kindness. If these images resonate with you, if the idea of mindful photography or slow travel sparks something within you, I’d be truly delighted to connect. Let’s share what we see, what moves us, and how we find those moments of stillness and beauty.

Welcome back to the journey. Let’s see slowly, together.
